To answer a few questions

1. No we were not trying to get pregnant.

2. Yes we were with in 6 months of putting in our adoption paperwork.

3. No since we were not trying to get pregnant we did not go forth with any of the Dr recommend infertility treatments. This little miracle is purely of God's doing.

4. Yes I knew in my heart with in days of conception (and with the help my girls Amie & Chris) that I was pregnant, so I was able to come off any harmful medications I was on with in the first week of the pregnancy. In fact I had major suspicions so early on I had to wait 10 days before a test registered I was pregnant.

5. Yes we found out for sure on Mother's Day morning.

6. Yes both of our parents screamed and cried when they found out. My mother can't stop smiling every time we get together for something.

7. Yes my blood sugars are my biggest worry right now. They have to be in super tight control, especially in the first 8 weeks of the pregnancy since that is when the major organs are developing. If my sugars are out of whack I can create major birth defects in the heart & brain stem. So if I turn down an event or invitation please don't take offense I'm just having to be so careful right now that keeping myself away from any temptation is my best plan.

8. No I have not had any morning sickness at all! Though I almost wish I did have some so that I would feel more pregnant and stop freaking out that I don't really feel pregnant yet.

9. Yes I see a team (no joke a total of 5) medical professionals. I will have an ultrasound every 4 weeks and I get to go to St. Joe's for a special fetal 3D ultra sound of the baby's heart at about 24 weeks. Since I found out on the 11th I have had no less then 6 Dr's appointments.

10. I have to keep working after the baby comes.

11. No we have no feelings one way or the other boy or girl. We're just praying for healthy. Though I'm leaning towards girl just cause I'm the only girl on my side of the family and DJ just has a brother & his father always wanted a little girl. And Amie is leaning towards twins, yikes.

12. Yes we are so completely over the moon that we may very well pass out of sheer happiness at any moment.

Thanks for all the prayers and well wishes. We couldn't ask for better friends and family around us. It was been so wonderful to have all this support and happy reaction after years of Dr's and others telling us we were crazy and should never try to have kids.

This weeks gonna be another crazy one. Sorry if I don't post for a couple of days. We are having the floors re-done in the house and my entire house is torn up and will not be replace and put back together until Thursday night. Then we have friends coming into town Friday for the big Temple Day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We hope to see you there. 9am session for the Endowments and 11:15am for the sealing. Then Neilson's frozen custard for lunch. Gonna be an amazing day! =)

OMGosh!!!!!!!!!

Twilight in HD

Been Busy

Whew, I bet you are tired of looking at my hubby mug when you check in with my little bloggy. I've been really busy and I've had next to no opportunity to update; my apologies. So I leave you with my promises to update more this week and some photos of one hot-hot-hot couple I had the pleasure of working with last week.

I loved how adventurous they were. I simply suggested that it would look cute if we could get them down on the rocks and they were off.

He kept sneaking these little looks at her, it was so sweet!

Ok I promise I will update soon.
